Meet Dr. Samuel H. Ip

Endodontist in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

Dr. Samuel Ip, root canal specialist, was born and raised in San Francisco California. After receiving his Bachelors in Science at the University of Davis, California, Dr. Ip returned to his home town and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Ip was a member of Tau Kappa Omega, an honor society dedicated to the top accomplished students of UOP School of Dentistry.

To further his passion for Endodontics, Dr. Ip invested two years at the University of Pennsylvania’s Advanced Dental Education Program in Endodontics. Dr. Ip was awarded with the prestigious Louis I. Grossman Award for being the top resident in the program. In addition, Dr. Ip was an instructor for the microendodontic and microsurgical continuing education courses at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Ip is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Ip is now devoted to his private practice in serving the communities of Orange County. Aside from his enthusiasm for endodontics, Dr. Ip enjoys snowboarding and travel.
